Las Cruces Man, 33, Booked on Multiple Misdemeanor Charges Including Concealing Identity

Allegedly... Alexandro Gallegos, a 33-year-old resident of Las Cruces, was booked into the Doña Ana County Detention Center on Oct. 11, 2026. He faces misdemeanor charges of concealing identity, criminal damage to property under $1,000, and failure to appear. Records indicate he was taken into custody at 14400 State Highway 478 and is currently held without bond under booking number 2600008144. The charge of concealing identity typically involves an allegation that an individual withheld their true name or provided false information to a law enforcement officer during a lawful stop. The criminal damage and failure to appear charges suggest a combination of property-related allegations and a prior unresolved court obligation. The arrest occurred within the jurisdiction of Doña Ana County. The charges are allegations, and Gallegos is presumed innocent unless and until a court finds otherwise.
