Mexico Man, 23, Booked on Felony Charge at Doña Ana County Detention Center

Allegedly... Alicio Diaz-rodriguez, a 23-year-old resident of Mexico, was booked into the Doña Ana County Detention Center on Oct. 15, 2026. He was processed under booking number 2600008276 on a felony charge categorized as all other offenses. Records show he was processed at the facility's cell block and is currently being held without bond. In New Mexico, the classification of all other offenses serves as a broad category for various statutory violations that do not fall under specific standard reporting labels. The arrest location indicates the processing occurred within the detention environment, and the no-bond status reflects a judicial hold pending further court proceedings. The charges are allegations, and Alicio Diaz-rodriguez is presumed innocent unless and until a court finds otherwise.
