Juarez Man, 29, Held Without Bond After Federal Transfer in Dona Ana County

Allegedly... Arles Cruz-Gonzalez, 29, of Juarez, Mexico, was booked into the Dona Ana County Detention Center on Feb. 18, 2026, following a transfer from federal custody.
