Las Cruces Man, 47, Booked on Felony Battery and False Imprisonment Charges

Allegedly... David Anthony Ramirez, a 47-year-old resident of Las Cruces, was booked into the Doña Ana County Detention Center on March 5, 2026. Records indicate he was arrested near Brandson and Espina on three felony charges, including aggravated battery against a household member causing great bodily harm, false imprisonment, and battery on a peace officer.
