Austin, Texas Man, 35, Booked in Doña Ana County on Felony Warrant

Allegedly... Flavio Rodriguez-mendez, a 35-year-old resident of Austin, Texas, was booked into the Doña Ana County Detention Center on Oct. 14, 2026. Records indicate he was taken into custody in Arizona before being transferred to the New Mexico facility. He is currently held without bond under booking number 2600008239 on a felony charge classified as all other offenses. The charge of all other offenses typically serves as a placeholder for out-of-state warrants or specialized felony violations not categorized under standard statutory codes. Because the arrest originated in Arizona, the booking suggests a legal process involving the extradition or transfer of an individual between jurisdictions to address outstanding judicial matters in Doña Ana County. The charges are allegations, and Rodriguez-mendez is presumed innocent unless and until a court finds otherwise.
