Galveston Man, 36, Booked on Stolen Vehicle Charge Near Santa Teresa

Allegedly... Hamo Amos, 36, of Galveston, Texas, was booked into the Doña Ana County Detention Center on June 17, 2026. Amos was arrested on Pete V. Domenici International Blvd. following a law enforcement contact near the border. He faces a felony charge of receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle and a petty misdemeanor charge of concealing identity, and he is currently being held without bond under booking number 2600004928.
