Las Cruces Woman, 40, Booked on Criminal Trespass Charge at Telshor Location

Allegedly... Jasmina Verdugo, a 40-year-old resident of Las Cruces, was booked into the Doña Ana County Detention Center on Sept. 30, 2026. The booking, registered under number 2600007866, follows an arrest at 2450 S Telshor. She faces a misdemeanor charge of criminal trespass and is currently being held without bond. A criminal trespass charge in New Mexico generally involves allegations of entering or remaining on public or private property without effective consent or authorization. The arrest location on South Telshor Boulevard is situated within a primary commercial and medical district of the city. Because no bond was set at the time of booking, the individual remains in custody pending a scheduled court appearance. The charges are allegations, and Jasmina Verdugo is presumed innocent unless and until a court finds otherwise.
