Mexico Man, 33, Booked at Doña Ana County Facility on Felony Offense Charge

Allegedly... Jesus Loza-de Jesus, a 33-year-old resident of Mexico, was booked into the Doña Ana County Detention Center on Oct. 15, 2026. Records indicate he is being held under booking number 2600008277 on a felony charge categorized as all other offenses. He is currently being held without bond following an interaction at the facility's cell block. In New Mexico, felony charges categorized as all other offenses typically serve as a placeholder for specific statutory violations not otherwise classified during the initial booking process or for out-of-state warrants. The arrest location listed as a cell block suggests the charge may have originated while the individual was already in custody or during a transfer. No further details regarding the specific nature of the underlying incident were available at the time of booking. The charges are allegations, and Loza-de Jesus is presumed innocent unless and until a court finds otherwise.
