El Paso Man, 23, Booked in Doña Ana County on an Outside Warrant

Allegedly... Jorge Figueroa, 23, of El Paso, Texas, was booked into the Doña Ana County Detention Center on Aug. 23, 2026. Figueroa was taken into custody on Pete V.
