Juarez, Mexico Man, 26, Faces Felony Charge in Santa Teresa Arrest

Allegedly... Juan De Jesus Marmolejo-Salazar, a 26-year-old resident of Juarez, Mexico, was booked into the Doña Ana County Detention Center on Sept. 21, 2025. He was taken into custody in Santa Teresa and assigned booking number 2500007877. The booking record indicates he faces a felony charge categorized as all other offenses, with no bond currently listed in the public record. Public records from the Doña Ana County inmate roster confirm the entry was processed following an arrest in the Santa Teresa area, a common point of entry and industrial hub near the international border. The specific nature of the felony charge is classified under a broad category often used for statutory violations or jurisdictional transfers that fall outside of standard traffic or property crime codes. The charges are allegations, and Marmolejo-Salazar is presumed innocent unless and until a court finds otherwise.
