Albuquerque Man, 25, Booked in Doña Ana County on Federal Transfer

Allegedly... Julio Cesar Rosas, a 25-year-old resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, was booked into the Doña Ana County Detention Center on April 25, 2026. Rosas is currently being held under booking number 2600003246 on a felony charge categorized as all other offenses. According to the booking record, he was taken into custody at a federal transfer location and is currently being held without bond. A federal transfer booking generally indicates that an individual is being moved between jurisdictions or held in a local facility on behalf of federal authorities. The specific nature of the underlying federal matter is not detailed in the local detention record, though the classification as a felony denotes the severity of the charge involved. The charges are allegations, and Rosas is presumed innocent unless and until a court finds otherwise.
