Mexico Man, 33, Booked on Federal Ammunition Charge in Doña Ana County

Allegedly... Luis Carlos Martinez Monge, a 33-year-old resident of Mexico, was booked into the Doña Ana County Detention Center on Aug. 14, 2025.
