Las Cruces Man, 43, Booked on Aggravated Dwi and Traffic Charges

Allegedly... Maximo Rodriguez, a 43-year-old resident of Las Cruces, was booked into the Doña Ana County Detention Center on Sept. 10, 2026. He faces misdemeanor charges including aggravated D.W.I., operating a vehicle without insurance, and no registration or expired plates. Rodriguez was assigned booking number 2600007216 and is currently held without bond. Local authorities conducted the arrest on North Main Street, approximately 644 feet north of East Cambrian Avenue. An aggravated DWI charge in New Mexico typically involves allegations of a blood-alcohol content of .16 or higher, or a refusal to submit to chemical testing following an arrest.
