Las Cruces Woman, 45, Booked on Felony Probation Violation Charge

Allegedly... Melanie M. Abeyta, 45, of Las Cruces, was booked into the Doña Ana County Detention Center on Aug. 5, 2026. Records indicate she was taken into custody at 2635 W. Picacho and assigned booking number 2600006211. She is currently being held without bond on a felony charge of probation violation.
