El Paso Woman, 31, Booked on Felony Drug and Probation Violation Charges

Allegedly... Micheala B. Mcburrows, a 31-year-old resident of El Paso, Texas, was booked into the Doña Ana County Detention Center on Nov. 19, 2025. She faces multiple charges including felony possession of a controlled substance, a felony probation violation, shoplifting under $100, and concealing identity. The arrest took place at 2940 N. Main St., and records indicate she is currently being held without bond under booking number 2500009363. According to news reports and police records, Mcburrows was previously identified as part of "Operation Not in Vain," a Las Cruces police initiative targeting outstanding warrants at a Lyon Place residence. Law enforcement blotters also show a prior arrest in August 2024 involving shoplifting allegations.
