Las Cruces Woman, 45, Booked on Aggravated Dwi Charge Near I-25

Allegedly... Nichole Rae Fox, a 45-year-old resident of Las Cruces, was booked into the Doña Ana County Detention Center on Sept. 8, 2026. The booking, assigned number 2600007143, followed an arrest at the intersection of Rincon Road and Interstate 25. She faces a misdemeanor charge of aggravated driving while under the influence.
