Las Cruces Man, 40, Booked on Multiple Counts of Fraudulent Credit Card Use

Allegedly... Rafael J Ramos, a 40-year-old resident of Las Cruces, was booked into the Doña Ana County Detention Center on Aug. 5, 2026.
