Mexican National, 35, Booked on Felony Charge at Doña Ana County Detention Center

Allegedly... Ramon Vega-gallardo, a 35-year-old resident of Mexico, was booked into the Doña Ana County Detention Center on Oct. 15, 2026. He is currently being held without bond under booking number 2600008279. The record indicates he was processed from a cell block location on a felony charge categorized as all other offenses. In the New Mexico legal system, this broad charge classification typically applies to statutory violations that do not fall under specific categories like property crime or drug offenses. The arrest location within a cell block suggests the booking may involve a transfer or an incident occurring within a secure facility. No further details regarding the specific nature of the allegations were included in the initial detention record. The charges are allegations, and Ramon Vega-gallardo is presumed innocent unless and until a court finds otherwise.
