Las Cruces Man, 68, Booked on Drug Possession and Supervision Violations

Allegedly... Ricardo Rivera, a 68-year-old resident of Las Cruces, was taken into custody on Sept. 10, 2026. He was booked into the Doña Ana County Detention Center under booking number 2600007206. The charges against him include felony possession of a controlled substance, along with violations of both parole and probation. Records indicate the arrest occurred on Ledesma Drive, approximately 75 feet north of El Torit.
