Mexico Man, 29, Booked on Felony Charge at Doña Ana County Detention Center

Allegedly... Saulo Ross-silvestre, a 29-year-old resident of Mexico, was booked into the Doña Ana County Detention Center on Oct. 15, 2026. He is currently being held without bond under booking number 2600008281. The record indicates the arrest occurred in a cell block area, and he faces a felony charge categorized as all other offenses. In the New Mexico legal system, a felony designation represents a serious classification of crime that can carry significant penalties if a conviction is reached. A no-bond hold, as seen in this case, generally signifies that a judge or court order has mandated the individual remain in custody pending further legal proceedings or a scheduled hearing. The charges are allegations, and Ross-silvestre is presumed innocent unless and until a court finds otherwise.
