Chaparral Woman, 39, Booked on Burglary, Arson, and Stolen Property Charges

She faces multiple felony counts including non-residential burglary, arson, receiving stolen property valued between $2,500 and $20,000, and conspiracy to commit a fourth-degree felony. Cabrales was also processed on several misdemeanor failure to appear warrants and court commitments, with bond amounts totaling $7,000 while several charges carry a no-bond hold. According to news reports, Cabrales was previously identified during a New Mexico State Police investigation involving a traffic stop that led authorities to a residence in Las Cruces. Court and news records show she was a passenger during an enforcement action that resulted in her transport to the county detention facility on suspicion of receiving stolen property.
